They did early check-in and at checkout they found and handed back a personal item I left in the room
Areas for improvement:
Uncomfortable bed, very few power outlets, not enough trash cans. Wall are paper thin, you can hear the TV in the next room. A crying baby kept me awake for several hours one night.
